We would appreciate it if you could provide a comprehensive proposal covering the following:
- Scope of coverage (in-patient, pre/post hospitalization, maternity, etc.)
- Family Floater Sum insured – 5 lakhs
- 1 Proper Master health check-up for each employee
- Pre-existing disease covered
- Room rent is 2% of the sum insured for normal and 4% of the sum insured for ICU
- Maternity coverage- Rs. 80,000/- for normal and Rs. 1,00,000 for caesarean, and a 9-month waiting period is waived off
- Day care covered
- Ambulance covered
- Mid-term addition of a new joining employee, newly wedded spouse, and newborn baby
- Add-on covers (dental, vision, outpatient, critical illness, etc.)
- OPD benefits per employee family – Rs 15,000
- Claim settlement process and TAT
- Value-added services (wellness programs, health check-ups, etc.)
