The Grievance Cell addresses concerns arising from dissatisfaction with decisions taken by CSDCI management, both internally and externally. The aggrieved party must clearly state the details of the unfair treatment and provide their contact details. Anonymous grievances will not be addressed and will, therefore, be rejected.
