In March 2026, a training and assessment programme was conducted in Hyderabad, Telangana, in collaboration with Telangana Overseas Manpower Company Limited (TOMCOM). Over 400 candidates received trade-specific practical training in Ceramic Tiling and Gypsum Drywall from experienced industry experts, followed by a final assessment in which more than 600 candidates appeared. Experts from Israel and certified CSDCI assessors evaluated candidates on the quality, accuracy, productivity and safety of their work. The same NSDC and PIBA registration process and standardised trade-wise workstations were used to keep the evaluation fair and uniform.

In July 2026, a 5-day Pre-Departure Training (PDT) programme was conducted in Maharashtra in collaboration with MITRA, Maharashtra. Over 100 selected candidates were prepared for overseas work in four trades: Tiling, Iron Bending, Shuttering and Plastering. The programme covered orientation, safety and PPE awareness, drawing interpretation, and hands-on practical sessions led by experienced trade trainers and industry experts, helping candidates become familiar with international work standards before departure.

Conducted under the aegis of the Department of Labour & Employment, Government of Uttar Pradesh, the programme assessed candidates in four trades: Gypsum Drywall, Block Building, Tiling and Plastering. Over 11,000 candidates registered, and the assessment was held in two stages: a pre-screening between November and December 2025, followed by a final assessment in February 2026. Candidates in the gypsum trade also underwent specialised training before their final test. The process included document verification, NSDC and PIBA registration, standardised trade-wise workstations, briefings, and time-bound practical tasks under expert supervision. Each stage was designed to replicate real working conditions in Israel and to ensure a fair, transparent and uniform evaluation for every candidate.
