Sunil Arora, 1980 batch IAS officer of Rajasthan cadre and former CMD of Indian Airlines, has been appointed as Secretary in the newly created Department of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship under Ministry of Skill Development, Entrepreneurship, Youth Affairs and Sports.
