CSDCI is inviting proposals for the Stage 1 Research to be undertaken for Skill Gap Study in accordance with the below-listed proposal document. Your proposal is to be submitted in accordance with the RFP Instructions including the Technical Requirements Document.
Partial or incomplete proposals will not be considered. Proposals other than the proposal forms provided or received later than the date and time listed may be rejected. Offerors electing to hand-carry proposals are responsible for delivery to the undersigned by the proposal due date and time. Do not fax proposals.
Modifications to proposals are subject to the same submission requirements stated above. Proposals received in response to this RFP will be evaluated as stated in the document.
