Why Affiliation?

As per the revised guidelines released by NSDC the affiliation of Training Partners for any NSQF-aligned skill development project there is a mandatory process of affiliation as Training Partner on Skill India Portal (SIP) followed by Training Centres (TCs) accreditation on SIP.

What Is NSQF?

The National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) organizes qualifications according to a series of knowledge, skills, and aptitude levels. These levels are defined in terms of learning outcomes that the learner must possess regardless of whether they were acquired through formal, non-formal, or informal learning. In that sense, the NSQF is a quality assurance framework.

Trainer's Certificate

Our training partners diligently select certified trainers to deliver high-quality training sessions. This commitment to certification ensures that learners receive instruction from qualified professionals who bring expertise and excellence to their training programs.

Master's Certificate

Training of trainers is conducted by master trainers meticulously appointed by the council. This strategic approach ensures that our trainers, equipped with advanced skills and knowledge, impart top-notch training to aspiring educators, maintaining a standard of excellence across our programs.

Why you should affiliate with CSDCI as Training Partner (TP)?

    Affiliated TPs will get access to skill development programs in the construction sector.   • This includes universities, colleges, engineering institutes, polytechnics, industrial training institutes (ITIs), and other educational organizations that offer vocational or technical courses. These institutions can become Training Partners to expand their skill development offerings and enhance the employability of their students.

  • Independent training institutes or organizations that specialize in skill training, vocational training, or professional courses can seek affiliation with us. These institutes focus on imparting specific job-oriented skills and can collaborate with us to align their training programs with industry standards.
  • NGOs working in the skill development space, particularly in construction sectors, can affiliate as Training Partners. They might be also specialized in community-based training, outreach programs, and skill development initiatives for underprivileged individuals.

  • Organizations dedicated to skill development and vocational training, such as skilling institutes, training centers, and skill academies.

  • Organizations who can integrate their technological solutions into skill development programs.

How do we select our Training partners?

  • We consider factors like infrastructure, experience, financial stability, operational compliance, quality standards, trainers’ qualifications, and track record of training delivery.

  • We prefer TPs that demonstrate expertise and experience in construction. This expertise may be assessed through a review of the TP’s previous experience in delivering training programs in the construction industry.

  • We will evaluate this for TPs interested in conducting STT programs. Factors to consider are the availability of classrooms, training tools and equipment, and capacity.

  • Availability of qualified trainers for the selected job role or presenting a plan to arrange for the same.

Responsibilities of Training partners

1.Coordination: The TC needs to coordinate with and respond to the AA and SSC in a timely manner to confirm the schedule of assessment, language preferences, assessment center location or any other requirement. The TC also needs to coordinate with the Assessment Center to clarify expectations and formalities for the day of assessments, if the assessments are not conducted at the training center location.

2. Ensure availability of genuine candidates: The TC should ensure that genuine candidates are present on the day of assessment, carrying original government photo IDs.

3. Attendance: The TC should ensure that either of the following is made available to the AA 5-7 days prior to the assessment to enable the AA to make necessary preparations for the assessment: n Biometric attendance logs and Manual attendance.

4. Candidate orientation: The TC should ensure that all candidates should participate in the orientation program by AA.

5. Documentation: The TC is required to complete any documentation and compliance requirements for assessment.
